During winter, one of my dreams came true.
I had the pleasure to photograph an elegant Parisian wedding inspiration. Lisa and Franck from Wanderlust Weddings, destination wedding planners, traveled from the south of France to join me to work together in Paris. It was great to work with them again. They successfully planned and designed Alison & Mike’s beautiful intimate wedding in Normandy.
This time, we wanted to create together something that would inspire us and many others who are passionate about the inexplicable beauty of love, romance and weddings.
What better place to carry out such a project than the city of Paris?
The splendour of Paris inspired my creative team with its unfading style, chic character and effortless charm. We incorporated soft light, the timeless caress of gold, light grey and warm hues, and the many elements that embody the soul of this romantic city. The session took place at a private apartment and at a couple of historical locations in Paris, namely the Palais-Royal and the Pont Bir-Hakeim with the Eiffel Tower in the background.
A team of talented wedding vendors with the same ideas.
Lisa and Franck of Wanderlust Wedding create the tablescape setup with smooth linen and golden details. The works of Alley&Co’s golden calligraphy added a gentle touch of innocent glamour to the set. Soline and Clement, talented florists from Lily Paloma, designed and created with great care the impressive floral arrangements. A white nude cake, created by Synie’s, accompanied with flowers, was a welcome touch of modernity to the scene. Cyrielle, our model, was adorned by the talented and lovely hair and makeup artist, Aure Bret. The numerous hair accessories and jewelry by So-Hélo brought golden details that highlighted charm, elegance and beauty.
Oscar de la Renta designed Cyrielle’s gorgeous bridal gown. A wedding dress shop in Paris, Metal Flaque, graciously lent it us. The dress that our model wore during the boudoir session was a luxury lace robe create by Célophina.
With the help of these creative wedding vendors, we successfully coordinated this beautiful inspiration session. Therefore, we highlighted a fashionable feminine grace and elegant contemporary style with delicate romance, specifically in the boudoir session. We captured the female essence in its most chic element.
