Harriette
English and currently living in a small village, two hours away from Paris, in Normandy, France, I am a wedding and portrait photographer with an appreciation for adventure and authentic beauty. I have been documenting weddings professionally for over 9 years. My work style has a candid, romantic and joyful aesthetic with an editorial flair.
She grew up in the United Kingdom, in Southampton, and then in France, amidst the beautiful countryside of Normandy. So, she is largely influenced by the English culture and as well as the French!
I smile a lot. I laugh at just about everything. I am a hugger. I am in love with the idea of love.

My background in Sign Language has taught me the importance of communication and understanding, which I apply in my photography to capture the essence of each couple's special day.
It has been an honor to be a part of so many beautiful and meaningful moments, and I feel grateful to have found my passion in wedding photography.
Her journey
I was raised in an artistic family and had the opportunity to learn and speak three languages: French, English, and Sign Language.
After spending a few years as a Sign Language teacher, I felt a pull towards a more creative path and decided to pursue photography full-time in 2014. In the early stages of my photography career, I began taking on various shooting and filming assignments.
As I gained experience and honed my skills, I gradually started to focus on capturing the most celebratory moments for couples all over France.

places i've been
I loved the charming cities, beautiful countryside, and friendly people of Denmark. Scotland's rugged landscapes and rich history left a lasting impression on me. Portugal's colorful streets and picturesque beaches were also highlights. I am eager to visit Italy in the future to experience its art, history, and delicious food.

guilty pleasure
Flowery clothing. I have a love for the finer things in life, and one of my guilty pleasures is indulging in luxurious clothing. The current trend of flower wedding dresses is my favorite. I love the romantic and feminine look they give.

pastTime
My hobbies include reading and watching animes, particularly those produced by Studio Ghibli and Studio Clamp. Additionally, I enjoy sketching and painting with watercolors, often with my children as we bond through our shared love of art.

About my job
My favorite things about my job as a wedding photographer are the opportunities to be creative and produce beautiful portraits using flowers. I also take great satisfaction in seeing my clients happy with their final wedding photos.

Most importantly, at the top of my list of favorites are my beloved family members: my husband, Etienne, and our three children. They are the most important people in my life and hold a special place in my heart.

Giving back
I believe in the importance of giving back and supporting organizations that align with my values and passions. That is why I am proud to be the co-founder and president of an association dedicated to promoting sign language and advocating for the rights of deaf individuals in Normandy. Through our efforts, we aim to improve accessibility, as well as raise awareness of the deaf community and our culture and needs. I am honored to be a part of this organization and to be able to make a positive impact in the lives of those around me, mine included.
